Even though we were late getting the word out about this event, we still had 8 cars on display at various times on Saturday (day one of the Germantown Festival). As usual, MGs were well represented with 4 MGBs (Karen Hudson, Robin Balton, Jack Reynolds and Joe Reed) - plus the TF-1500 of Lynn and Priscilla LeFevre. In addition we had 2 XKEs (Charles Coleman - who coordinated this event - and Wally Simpson) and Bob Seidman's '59 Bugeye.

On Sunday, we had an even better attendance. Robin, Jack, Joe, Wally, Bob, Lynn and Priscilla were back - along with Walt and Gloria Fisher (with both of their Jags), Larry Kiehna brought his MGB, Bill Craven displayed his XJS/Chevy, Dan Payne came in his XJ8 (when his MGB wasn't in the mood to start), and potential new member Ross Herbert had his '97 XK8 on display. In case you're counting, that's a grand total of 12 cars on Sunday!

Over the course of the weekend, the BSCC members in attendance talked to many potential members - who own a wide variety of interesting British cars. Hopefully several of those will be at our next meeting on September 16th.

Some pictures just don't need captions...

Some of the early arrivals...

A nice variety of cars attracted quite a bit of attention...

Just a tiny section of the entire site - which resembled a tent city...

From 1955, to 1980, to 1968 - 25 years of beauty...

A steady stream of people stopped to admire our cars - and ask questions...

On Sunday, the hoods were up on most of the cars for the benefit of the gearheads...

A total of 6 Jags of various types were on display Sunday...
