Super
Bowl Party! Dave White has graciously offered to host the club’s Super Bowl
Party. Game starts at 5:30PM so plan to arrive around 4:30ish. The main fare is brisket. So bring your favorite appetizer, or side dish, or dessert. Don’t forget BYOB, that, as it turns out, is important.
Those who come in their British cars will be rewarded with smiles. Those who don’t will be recipients of steely glares. If you don’t come in your British car; no biggie. We’ve all been on the receiving end of steely glares. You are allowed to regale everyone with stories of both successes and woes of owning and driving British cars. Lying, too, is allowed if not encouraged.
If you are so inclined there may be a football pool.

| Saturday, February 18th | ~ | Visit to Brussel's Bonzai Nusery in Olive Branch, MS. We will meet at the corner of Houston Levee and Winchester at the Kroger Fuel center at 12:30. The nursery is just about 5 miles south of Kroger. This is the largest Bonsai nursery in the US. Brussel will give us a brief overview of Bonsai plants and care as well as offering his nursery stock for sale. He will also have his Chrysler Airflow and Jensen Interceptor there for viewing. Let’s get a good group of British cars together and convoy down there. We will probably stop at a local tavern after the event for refreshments.... | ||
