Dana Henking provided the location, and Austin Healey Marque Leader Jim Hofer served as head chef - and a number of club members (with their British cars) had a great time at this month's Spring Clean-Up and Fish Fry. The entire group wishes to express their appreciation for the Henking's hospitality in sharing their beautiful home with us - and a special thanks to Master Chef Jim Hofer for toiling over the hot oil to provide us with some outstanding catfish, French fries and hush puppies! |
A wide variety of British cars gave the Henking's park-like grounds the look of an impromptu car show... |

Just a few of the member's cars at this event...and another look at the beautiful setting... |

Even the weather cooperated, giving us an almost perfect Spring day... |

Sunshine and shorts were the order of the day... |

Everyone's new best friend - Chef Extraordinaire Jim Hofer... |
Members furnished the cars...the Balton kids and their friends provided the manual labor!... |
Alisa, of Details by Alisa - you may remember her presentation at one of our meetings last year - attended the event, and showed off several of her high-quality car care products in action (and made a few sales!)... |
