The Triumph Trans-American Charity Drive is described as "A Brit driving across America and Canada for charity" in a restored Triumph Stag. John Macartney arrived in Memphis (or, more accurately, Bozo's in Mason) on August 6th on his journey, and the BSCC joined him as well as a couple of members of the Nashville club at the Coleman's house to treat him to a BBQ dinner (of course!), and to hear his interesting presentation.. Here are a couple of pictures taken here - and you can read more about his 10,000 mile journey (along with many photos and videos) and the purpose of this drive at this website...

The fleet of the BSCC Welcoming Committee awaits John's in Mason

This local landmark was chosen as the point for the Nashville club to "hand off" John to the BSCC...
